A complimentary shuttle service will operate between the two tournament venues throughout the event, in accordance with the official tournament timetable.

Tournament entry fees are not included in Premier Getaway Club accommodation or ground-travel arrangements. Entries, eligibility, categories, schedules, draws, competition rules and tournament operations are managed by the event organiser and Raqt.

Is there one official tournament hotel?
There is no single official tournament hotel. We have secured a limited number of rooms across several carefully selected hotels, offering options to suit different travel dates, room requirements and budgets. Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and remain subject to availability.
Will I know which hotel I am booking?
Yes. Your exact hotel, room type, location, inclusions and final price will be sent to you for approval before you make any payment.
How will my accommodation price be calculated?
Your quote will be based on your travel dates, number of nights, room occupancy, preferred hotel category, location, budget and live availability. We will always provide the named hotel, complete inclusions and final price for your approval before payment.
Can I book a single room?
Yes. Single, twin, double and, where available, triple rooms can be requested. Single-occupancy supplements will be included in your personalised quote.
Can you arrange airport or railway-station transfers?
Yes. Private airport and railway-station transfers can be added to your quote. Shared transfer options may be offered if timings and confirmed passenger numbers make them practical.
Is transport from my hotel to the tournament included?
Hotel-to-venue transport is not included unless it is expressly listed in your confirmed quote. We will provide venue-access guidance for your selected hotel. The event’s complimentary shuttle operates between the two tournament venues, not between individual hotels and the venues.
Can my partner or supporters travel with me?
Absolutely. We can arrange accommodation for non-playing guests and can add extra nights, transfers and Rome experiences to suit your party.
Does requesting a quote reserve a room?
No. Sending an enquiry does not reserve accommodation. Rooms and rates remain subject to live availability until your booking has been formally confirmed in accordance with the payment and booking terms provided with your quote.
Is tournament entry included?
No. Tournament registration is separate and must be completed through the appropriate official Raqt link above. Booking travel through Premier Getaway Club does not guarantee tournament entry.
