Tournament places, divisions, brackets, schedules, rules and eligibility are controlled by the relevant tournament organiser. Premier Getaway Club provides professional travel services and entry guidance but cannot guarantee tournament acceptance unless this is expressly confirmed in writing as part of your package.

How can Premier Getaway Club support our tournament or event?
We can act as your official or behind-the-scenes travel partner, sourcing hotel allocations and group rates, creating player and supporter packages, arranging airport and venue transfers, building co-branded booking pages and brochures, collecting traveller payments, managing rooming lists and handling participant travel enquiries before, during and after the event.
Does Premier Getaway Club organise the tournament?
Usually, no. We professionally organise the travel surrounding third-party tournaments. The tournament organiser controls the event, rules, schedules, divisions, entries and match decisions. Any different arrangement will be clearly stated.
Can you guarantee my tournament entry?
Only when entry has been expressly confirmed as included in the package. Tournament places may be subject to availability, eligibility, registration deadlines, division capacity and separate fees.
Are flights included?
This varies by departure. Some packages include flights, while others offer a land-only Base Package with optional flights. Every booking page will clearly state what is and is not included.
Can I join if I am travelling solo?
Yes. Many guests join independently. Our hosted group format, shared travel arrangements and social experiences help solo travellers feel part of the group.
Can friends or family travel if they are not competing?
Yes, subject to availability and the individual package. We can include accommodation, transfers and destination experiences for supporters without tournament entry.
Can you organise tournament travel for our entire club?
Absolutely. We can create a private, co-branded package around your chosen tournament, including group rates, rooms, transfers, optional flights, practice arrangements, individual bookings and customer support.
Can a coach or creator host the trip?
Yes. Subject to agreed minimum numbers, hosts may be eligible for a complimentary hosted place and an agreed commission. The arrangement will be confirmed before launch.
Can we extend the holiday before or after the event?
Often, yes. Depending on the destination and travel plan, we can add beach stays, city breaks, cultural touring, relaxation time or other destination experiences.
How are eligible package bookings protected?
Where Premier Getaway Club acts as organiser of a package, the booking is operated in accordance with the UK Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. Payments for eligible package bookings are protected through our Trust My Travel facility. The specific protection applying to your booking will be confirmed before payment.
