Is there one official tournament hotel?
No. Accommodation is being arranged across several carefully selected Rome hotels to offer options for different dates, room requirements and budgets. Rooms remain subject to live availability until confirmed.
Will I know exactly which hotel I am booking?
Yes. Your named hotel, room type, location, inclusions and final price will be provided for your approval before payment.
How is my accommodation price calculated?
Your personalised quote is based on your dates, number of nights, occupancy, preferred hotel category, location, budget and live availability.
Can I book a single room?
Yes. Single, twin, double and, where available, triple rooms can be requested. Any applicable single-occupancy supplement will be included in your personalised quote.
Can you arrange airport or railway-station transfers?
Yes. Private transfers can be added to your quote. Shared options may also be offered where timings and confirmed passenger numbers make them practical.
Is transport from my hotel to the tournament included?
Only where hotel-to-venue transport is expressly included in your confirmed quote. We can provide venue-access guidance for your selected hotel. The event’s complimentary shuttle operates between the two tournament venues, not between individual hotels and the venues.
Can my partner or supporters travel with me?
Absolutely. We can arrange accommodation for non-playing guests and can include additional nights, transfers and Rome experiences where requested and available.
Does requesting a quote reserve a room?
No. An enquiry does not reserve accommodation. Rooms and rates remain subject to live availability until the booking has been formally confirmed under the booking and payment terms supplied with your quote.
Is tournament entry included with my travel booking?
No. Tournament registration is separate and must be completed through the appropriate official Raqt registration page. Booking travel through Premier Getaway Club does not guarantee tournament entry.
