The things club owners, committees and coaches most often want to know before speaking to us.
Can we create our own private club holiday?
Yes. We can develop a journey around your destination, dates, members, playing style, approximate group size and travel budget.
Do members book and pay individually?
Usually, yes. We can provide a dedicated booking route and manage individual payments and travel enquiries, meaning the club does not need to collect members’ travel money.
Can the club or host earn commission?
Yes, where agreed. Any commission, hosted place, minimum passenger requirement and payment terms are confirmed in writing before launch.
Does the club need to fill the whole trip?
Not necessarily. The agreed model may be exclusive to your club, opened more widely or built around an existing Premier departure. We decide the most appropriate structure with you before launch.
Can you help with tournament travel?
Yes. Depending on the event and requirements, we can support accommodation, group transport, pre- and post-tournament travel and other agreed ground arrangements for players, clubs and supporters.
Can we run several trips each year?
Yes. For clubs where the partnership works well, the aim can be to create a repeatable travel programme across different destinations, tournaments and styles of trip.
Who manages the travel arrangements?
Premier Getaway Club manages the travel services expressly included within the confirmed programme. Your club remains at the centre of its community and helps introduce the experience to members. Responsibilities are confirmed in the relevant partnership and booking documentation.
