Ventora Group Ltd is a member of Protected Trust Services (PTS), membership number 6585. Customer payments made to Premier Getaway Club are processed through our PTS payment arrangements, with funds held in a designated trust account. Eligible bookings benefit from applicable financial protection.

Do I need travel-industry experience?
No. You bring the community and help shape the hosted experience. Premier Getaway Club manages the agreed travel arrangements, guest bookings and administration.
Do I need thousands of followers?
No. A smaller, engaged club or community can be a great fit. What matters is having people who share an interest and may genuinely want to travel together.
Do I need to find the travellers myself?
You introduce and promote the trip to your existing club, audience or community. We can provide agreed promotional materials, trip information and booking support, but we do not guarantee a particular number of bookings.
How many people do I need to host a trip?
That depends on the destination, programme, pricing and supplier arrangements. We discuss realistic group numbers and any minimum requirements before launch.
Can I receive a complimentary host place?
Selected programmes can include a complimentary host place when the agreed minimum number of confirmed paying guests is achieved. The conditions are confirmed in writing before the trip is promoted.
Can I earn commission from my group trip?
Some hosted partnerships include commission or an agreed host payment. The amount, qualifying bookings and payment terms depend on the individual programme and are agreed in writing.
Who handles guest bookings and payments?
Guests book and pay Premier Getaway Club directly. We manage the booking process, traveller enquiries and customer payments through our PTS payment arrangements. Hosts do not need to collect guest travel payments.
Will you help me promote the trip?
We can prepare co-branded trip information, booking links and agreed promotional materials. You share the opportunity with your community while we manage travel-related enquiries and bookings.
Can I choose my destination and dates?
Yes. We can explore your preferred destination, dates, group size, activities and budget, subject to suitable suppliers and availability.
Can I host a pickleball, padel, tennis or badminton trip?
Yes. We can explore social play, coaching, club exchanges, tournaments and other racket sports programmes based on your group’s interests and available venues.
Can my community travel from different countries?
Yes. We work with international groups and travellers from the UK, Europe, the United States and beyond. Applicable travel and booking arrangements are explained for each programme.
What happens if we don’t reach the minimum group size?
We agree minimum numbers and relevant booking deadlines before launch. If a departure cannot proceed, the outcome depends on the applicable booking terms and arrangements communicated to guests.
Can we organise regular trips for our community?
Yes. Where a partnership works well, we can explore repeat programmes across different destinations, travel styles and seasonal departures.
What financial protection applies?
Ventora Group Ltd is a member of Protected Trust Services (PTS), membership number 6585. Customer payments made to Premier Getaway Club are processed through our PTS payment arrangements. The financial protection applicable to each booking is identified in the relevant terms and documentation.
