Joining a group trip should feel exciting, not daunting. So we’re here before departure to answer questions, help with the practical details and make sure you don’t simply turn up without knowing anybody.

Can I join a pickleball trip on my own?
Absolutely. Many guests join independently. On our hosted trips, we start introducing everyone before departure through video calls and WhatsApp groups where applicable.
Do I need to be an advanced player?
No. Different departures suit different players. Some are relaxed and social while others may include coaching, club exchanges or tournament play. The individual trip page explains the intended level and format.
Will I play pickleball every day?
It depends on the trip. We intentionally balance time on court with time to enjoy the destination. Each itinerary clearly shows what is planned.
Can my non-playing partner come?
On selected departures, yes. Because every itinerary is different, check the individual trip or ask us and we’ll confirm whether it works well for a non-playing partner.
Can I share a room with another guest?
Where room sharing is available, the trip details will explain the options. Our pre-trip introductions also give travellers a chance to get to know one another before deciding whether sharing might suit them.
Are international flights included?
International flights are normally separate unless an individual trip specifically states otherwise, giving you greater flexibility over where you travel from and whether you extend your stay.
Can our pickleball club travel together?
Yes. Clubs, coaches and communities can join selected departures or work with us to create a dedicated trip around their players, preferred dates and destination.
Can you help with tournament travel?
For selected tournaments, yes. Support can include accommodation, transfers, group arrangements, pre and post-event stays and options for players and supporters.
How are my payments protected?
Eligible payments processed through Trust My Travel receive the financial protection applicable to the booking. The relevant arrangements and booking terms are explained before payment.
